De Aanvullende Risico-Inventarisatie en -Evaluatie (ARIE) is een regeling in het Arbeidsomstandighedenbesluit. De ARIE-regeling geldt voor bedrijven met vergelijkbare risico’s als bedrijven die onder het Brzo 2015 vallen: bedrijven die werken met grote hoeveelheden gevaarlijke stoffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bedrijven die gevaarlijke stoffen in huis hebben \u2013 of kunnen hebben \u2013 in hoeveelheden die boven de vastgestelde drempelwaarden uitkomen, zijn ARIE-plichtig<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARIE-plichtige bedrijven moeten zich vanaf 1 januari 2023 melden bij de Nederlandse Arbeidsinspectie. Valt uw bedrijf sinds 2023 onder de herziene ARIE-regeling? Dan heeft u tot 1 januari 2024 om u te melden bij de Arbeidsinspectie. U kunt zich hier melden<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weet u (nog) niet of uw bedrijf onder de herziene ARIE-regeling valt, maar heeft u in uw bedrijf galvaniseer- en anodiseerbaden, beitsbaden, sterk alkalisch ontvettingsbaden en\/of producten die organische oplosmiddelen bevatten? Maak dan gebruik van de rekenhulp om erachter te komen of u onder de herziene ARIE-regeling valt. De rekenhulp is hier te vinden.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
