Dit is een gepatenteerde straalmethode waarbij rvs-oppervlakken niet alleen worden gereinigd maar ook dat het product de ideale topografie meekrijgt om aanhechting van micro-organismen en productresten maximaal te beperken. Hierdoor is het mogelijk 100% van de werkzaamheden op te leveren conform de huidige machine en voedselwetgeving (EHEDG gecertificeerd).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Snel \u00e9n schoon<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018In onze regio zijn ontzettend veel machinefabrikanten die moeten voldoen aan verschillende wetten en regelgeving. Zeker voor onze food-klanten hebben deze normen veel invloed op de productie van hun machines\u2019, aldus Driek Brouwers, bedrijfsleider RVS Finish. Om onze klanten in deze branche beter te kunnen ondersteunen zijn we op zoek gegaan naar een straalproces welke naadloos aansluit bij onze wensen voor perfecte oppervlakten maar die ook past bij onze doelen voor korte doorlooptijden.\u2019 Uiteindelijk zijn de pijlen gericht op het unieke SUBLIMOTION-process\u00ae. Een volledig nieuw straalproces welke de grenzen opzoekt van het perfecte oppervlak. \u2018Met dit proces is het mogelijk om in \u00e9\u00e9n doorgang oppervlakten te behandelen en te reinigen tot op een microbiologisch niveau. \u2018<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Goed voor mens en milieu<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Door producten middels het SUBLIMOTION-process\u00ae te laten behandelen is het mogelijk ruwwaardes te behalen van Ra &nbsp;&lt;0.2 M\u00b5. Deze uitzonderlijke ruwwaardes zijn ideaal voor producenten in onder andere de food-branche, waarbij een grondige en effectieve reiniging doorslaggevend is voor haar succes. \u2018Deze methode biedt ook een uitzonderlijke corrosieweerstand. Dus voor de mechatronische markt is dit ook een ideale straalmethode. Verder worden in het SUBLIMOTION-process\u00ae geen chemicali\u00ebn gebruikt waardoor het een volledig veilig en ecologisch proces betreft.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het uiteindelijke resultaat? \u2018Supertevreden klanten met producten die een langere levensduur hebben en minder onderhoud vergen.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Uitbreiding van de werkvloer<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En RVS Finish viert de uitbreiding in stijl: \u2018We hebben onze werkvloer uitgebreid met 800m2 productieruimte waar we onder andere het SUBLIMOTION-process\u00ae gaan uitvoeren. Ook ons zusterbedrijf RVS Clean gaat hierin uitbreiden omdat de vraag naar oppervlaktereiniging een explosieve groei doormaakt.\u2019 Aldus Driek Brouwers. \u2018Op deze manier kunnen we nog beter op de vraag inspelen.
