Het nieuwe product heeft een hogere corrosievastheid en slijtvastheid\ndan traditionele coatings en kent een vergelijkbare kostprijs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Veilig voor mens, dier en natuur<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Door de specifieke samenstelling van de legeringselementen is het materiaal van deze coating chroom-6-vrij. Vanwege de lage productietemperatuur kan ook tijdens het productieproces geen chroom-6 ontstaan en vrijkomen. Dit betekent dat TOPCOAT\u00ae107 een echt chroom-6-vrij alternatief is voor nikkelchroom en andere coatings die potentieel chroom-6-uitstoot kunnen veroorzaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hoogwaardige duurzaamheid<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Met de chemische samenstelling is bovendien een aanzienlijk betere corrosievastheid en slijtvastheid bereikt. De coating is gebaseerd op een legering met nikkel en carbide als basis. Hierdoor combineert het product een zeer hoge hardheid met de gewenste flexibiliteit, oppervlakteruwheid en taaiheid.
