De onderliggende toon is dat er dus niets veranderd en dat is niet (geheel) correct.<\/p>\n<p>De sunset date Chroom(VI) is en blijft 21 september 2017. Echter wat wel een feit is, is dat de Europese Commissie nog geen besluit heeft genomen en dat daardoor het autorisatieregime nog niet (volledig) in werking treedt.<\/p>\n<p>Dat betekent in het kort het volgende:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De sunset date blijft 21 september 17, wat een verbod op gebruik betekent, tenzij een autorisatie wordt verleend.<\/li>\n<li>Doordat de commissie nog geen besluit aangaande autorisatie heeft genomen, heeft iedereen die een autorisatieaanvraag heeft ingediend, automatisch het recht om Chroom(VI) te blijven gebruiken binnen de contouren van de autorisatieaanvraag voor zolang het besluit uitblijft.<\/li>\n<li>Bedrijven die niet zelf een autorisatieaanvraag hebben ingediend, maar meegaan in de autorisatieaanvraag van de toeleverancier, moeten nagaan of ze binnen de contouren van die autorisatieaanvraag blijven. Als dat het geval is kunnen ze Chroom(VI) blijven gebruiken totdat het besluit wel genomen is.<\/li>\n<li>De registratieplicht van gebruik (artikel 66) wordt tot het moment van besluit opgeschort. Dit kan niet anders, omdat registratie van gebruik alleen kan onder vermelding van het autorisatienummer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De formele tekst van het bericht vindt u op de ECHA website of in het persbericht van CTACsub. Note that you can notify ECHA about your use only after the Commission&#8217;s decision. Your notification needs to refer to the specific authorisation number indicated in the label of the product and the safety data sheet you receive from your supplier, which corresponds to your use.
